Terms and Conditions

By using SnagMob.com and the products and services of Communiti Media, you accept the terms and conditions (defined below). Please read carefully, as there will be a pop quiz later.

Before placing an order for a Restaurant or Merchant Voucher, carefully review your selection. SnagMob will provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you for any Deal within five days after the purchase of a Voucher, provided that the Voucher has not yet been redeemed.

After five days, we do not provide refunds with the following exception: a) SnagMob will provide a credit refund if you are unable to redeem a Voucher before the applicable expiration of the Voucher because the relevant Merchant has gone out of business. If this occurs, SnagMob will provide the Customers with a credit for the outstanding cash value of the Voucher.

For instance, if the Customer paid $10 for a $20 voucher and attempted to use this voucher for the first time within the allocated time period and were unable to use such voucher because the underlying Merchant has gone out of business, the Customer would be entitled to receive $10 available toward a future purchase on SnagMob.

We will do everything we can to make your SnagMob experience exceptional.

SnagMob.com, SnagMob Magazine and SnagMob Media are wholly owned properties of Smart Shopper LLC dba Communiti Media. These properties and the infrastructure used to power these properties are proprietary of Smart Shopper LLC, our affiliates, our clients (i.e. merchants) and our territory licensed providers who use our infrastructure as part of a contractual licensing arrangement.
